Leilani A. Adams, Esq. is a partner with Thomas, Adams, & Associates, P.C. where she focuses her practice on civil litigation, including general community association law and collections. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Old Dominion University in 2004 and received her Juris Doctor from Regent University in 2008. Leilani has been with Thomas, Adams, & Associates, P.C. since 2004, where she has worked extensively with the collections department. In addition, she has assisted with numerous community association legal issues, including construction defect, injunctions, contract reviews, and legal document reviews.
For the Southeastern Virginia Chapter Community Associations Institute (SEVA-CAI), she is currently a Board of Directors Member and a member of the Virginia Legislative Action and Golf Classic Committees. Leilani served as a Chairperson of the Social and Golf Classic Committees and a recipient of numerous Chapter awards. She has been active with SEVA-CAI for over a decade and continues to contribute time and support to the many efforts of SEVA-CAI.
