The corporate area of our firm serves to represent all types of homeowner and condominium associations in legal matters. Our attorneys, who act as general counsel for many of these associations, provide written guidance and phone consultations on legal issues regarding a wide variety of decisions. Our firm has extensive expertise in construction defect litigation, having been an active part of several large construction defect cases in recent years. Our construction practice experience ranges from all phases of claim resolution and large multi-party cases involving owners, architects and engineers, construction managers, contractors, subcontractors and sureties, to differing site conditions, changes, scheduling delays and terminations.
